Philippine Heritage at Las Casas

Las Casas Filipinas de Acuzar is a perfect place for people like me who love both history and traveling. For months, I have been longing to go to this heritage site. Many people have said positive experiences about their trip to this place. It is a site rich of Filipino culture and heritage. Continue reading “Philippine Heritage at Las Casas”

Travelogue: Taiwan Day 1

Known for its night markets, healthy food, and the famous Din Tai Fung, I must say that there is so much more to Taiwan than just what it is commonly known for. Yes, this country did live it up to its claims, but then there are countless more things and sceneries to discover from this extremely beautiful place.

Reál Surfin’

If you want to celebrate your long weekend al fresco, you might just want to stop by Reál Surf in Quezon, PH. It was previously known as Reál Surf, but a few months ago, its hotel has finally opened, which made it Reál Coast & Surf. Reál Coast is their hotel with a modern vibe, while Reál Surf is the surf camp with a more chill vibe. Unfortunately, I only got to stay in Reál Surf because I honestly did not know that Reál Coast was already open.

Sunny Brunch

Sunnies by Charlie has made a name for itself ever since it has sold chic but affordable sunglasses. They’ve also branched out to Sunnies Specs to provide some of the most fashionable glasses. Now, they have just recently opened their newest addition: Sunnies Cafe. It’s been about a week since our new favorite cafe has come to town! Ever since its opening, Sunnies Cafe has been jam-packed with people, but despite the long line, people still patiently wait for their turn to know what’s been keeping customers come back for more.

Share Better with This New App!

In the world of social media, the word travels fast. Content from one website is easily spread and transferred to another website in the blink of an eye. Just copy the link and change a few settings, then your content is now plugged onto other social media applications or websites. The problem is, for some applications, automatic sharing from one app to another only shows the link itself. No pictures, no thumbnails, nothing. Just underlined text in blue font. My dear friends, I have a solution to that.

Japanese Favorite: Izakaya Kikufuji

My family is very fond of holding small get-togethers to celebrate a special occasion by having family dinners. One thing’s for sure; if we can’t think of any restaurant to have dinner in, we always come back to one place: Izakaya Kikufuji. We never get tired of its service, ambiance, and most especially their food. For a reasonable price, it has become me and my family’s favorite go-to restaurant.

Daily Bag Essentials

I think most people are unintentionally a doer of overpacking. I must admit, I am too. When I say overpacking, I don’t only pertain to packing for out-of-town trips or long vacations, I mean every single day too. If you’re wondering which items to bring along everyday, then keep reading.

Coffee Series: United Coffee

The second post in my Coffee Series is about a hidden coffee shop nestled in Pasig City. It has recently become a weekend tradition that me and my friend, Aly, would spend Saturday afternoons in new, quiet and uncrowded coffee shops. United Coffee is located in Kapitolyo, which is home to delicious treats from undiscovered restaurants.

Eat Healthy at Susi

IMG_8463.jpg

Healthy food can actually taste good? Choosing to eat healthy does not mean you only eat greens (unless you’re vegan). It’s a balance between fruits, vegetables, and of course some meat to provide you with protein. It’s just that you have to cut down on your intake of oily and fatty food.
